Is your pricing VAT exclusive?
Yes all our prices are exclusive of VAT on the store front, VAT is then calculated at checkout depending on your shipping country.

What is your minimum order spend?
We have decided to waive our minimum order spend indefinitely.
Where are you based?
Our warehouse is based in the UK. All orders placed for outside the UK will be subject to duties and taxes on arrival in your destination country. You should make yourself familiar with the charges in your country.
What are your payment terms?
Payment of all orders must be made before dispatch of any goods
How do I make payment?
Payment can be made direct to our bank account (GBP, EUR and USD available) by bank transfer or a unique payment link (EUR/USD) sent with your invoice. Please send through a screenshot of proof of payment to our customer service team once payment has been made, we will then release your order to ship.
Can I change my order?
Once you have paid for your order, no further changes can be made
What margins do you offer, and do you offer pre order & volume discounts?
We already offer better margins than other brands. After a 20% VAT Sales Tax, Vivida's stockists are left with a whopping margin of 44-65% depending on the product category.
For stockists in countries without this sale tax, the margin they enjoy ranges therefore from 64-85%. Huge.
On top of the already great margins on Vivida's premium, differentiated and eco-conscious product, Vivida also offers a volume and pre-order reward/incentive:
- 5% for orders over £20k / €23k EUR / $25k USD
- 5% for payments made 8 months before delivery

Shipping:
What are your shipping methods, how much will they cost and how long do they take?
We ship internationally on a tracked service. Please submit your order and our customer service team will be in touch to confirm shipping amount and shipping lead time.
Please note that any local duties and taxes are the responsibility of you, the buyer. You will be contacted by the shipping company to settle these when they reach customs clearance stage.
Can I use my own shipping arrangements?
Absolutely, please contact our customer service team who will advise our warehouse to pack and hold your shipment once payment is made. We will share weights and dimensions with you at this stage, for you to organise the shipping. Vivida Lifestyle can provide commercial invoices.

How do I get hold of imagery and brand assets?
Click here to access the Vivida Lifestyle Media Library, where you will find a plethora of assets to support the sale of our products through your store and social channels. Brand photography, videography, logos & artwork, banners & ads, style guides and media kits are all available for your reference and usage.
Flags, stickers, logos, map of dreams, point of sale assets?
We actively encourage this and appreciate you handing out stickers etc. We support this and will offset the full cost of the invoice against future orders as credit. Send us a design mockup and invoice for approval - if we are happy with the designs we will approve. We recommend Hello Print for flags - international sites + good quality (we have a flag design on hand specifically for HelloFlag dimensions we can provide). Remember to review our Media Library for files of logos in different colours + Map of Dreams etc you can print out on a canvas for a beautiful wall decoration.
Influencers/Ambassadors/Team
We encourage fostering a team of ambassadors/content creators for Vivida locally, tied to the shop. We reward shops that go above and beyond just selling, but fostering community and role models of the community. As long as we are kept in the loop of who and why they make a good fit, we trust, and will provide free product for the TeamVivida members who are managed by the shop/wholesale partner. The way to see it also is that essentially the wholesale partner is doing FREE influencer marketing for us. So worth supporting.
