How do I see KeepWarm pricing for Film & TV?
To gain visibility, you need to make sure that you are logged-in. Click here to gain access to the log-in portal page. You can easily reset your password if you have forgotten.

Discounts:
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, we do. Just enter the discount code at checkout when you reach the relevant unit thresholds:
Over 100 units* - 2.35% discount applied with code FILM100
Over 300 units* - 7% discount applied with code FILM300
*across all KeepWarm styles & colours
Please note that all orders will be checked by our team once they have been submitted to the team or once paid for (if using our card payment feature). Any discrepancies between the order volume and discount code will be checked, and you will be contacted if any codes have not been used correctly.

Vivida’s Prices, Order Spend, Terms & Payments:
Is your pricing on your B2B platform VAT exclusive?
Yes our unit prices are exclusive of VAT on the store front, VAT is then calculated at checkout where applicable.
Are your RRPs VAT exclusive (Retail Price for General Public)?
No, the prices that we charge on our ecommerce website and the prices that are shown as RRPs in our B2B portal are inclusive of VAT.
What currencies do you support?
Our B2B website is set-up to support GBP only. However, we can accept payment in EUR and USD, currency conversion will be provided to you with the invoice. Please contact the Vivida team to announce this.
What is your minimum order spend?
We have decided to waive our minimum order spend indefinitely.
What are your payment terms?
Payment of all orders must be made before dispatch of any goods
How do I make payment?
Payment can be made using our integrated payment systems, Stripe or Paypal.
Please note that when you place your order, the shipping value is not included, we will invoice you for this separately.
Alternatively, payment can be made directly to our bank account (GBP, EUR and USD available) by bank transfer or a unique payment link (EUR/USD) sent with your invoice.
Please send through a screenshot of proof of payment to our customer service team once payment has been made, we will then release your order to ship.
Placing an order:
General points:
- On the ordering page, you will see a list of our products, the unit price and the available quantity.
- In the yellow box, you can enter the quantity that you would like to order.
- If stock is available, there will be a number next to it.
- These quantities can be packed and shipped immediately once confirmed and paid for.
- If Backorder is mentioned next to the product, then the stock isn’t available to ship yet, but is on its way to our warehouse. We recommend you PreOrder items via the Backorder function to reserve and guarantee your share of the new stock arrival
Back-order, what does this mean?
If a product is available for back-order, then it is not in stock currently at our warehouse. However, it is on its way. You are able to add backorder products to your orders. We recommend doing this to avoid disappointment on products that are in high demand.

I need more product than you have available on the portal?
Please reach out to the Vivida team, we are frequently working to replenish our stock levels , so we will be able to inform you when the stock you require can be available.
How do I get my VAT number to show up on the invoice?
Navigate to your account settings. It’s located in the black banner at the top of the page, within your account area.
You will see you can update your VAT number and other company information here.
How do I add my discount code?
Navigate to the Checkout page, by clicking on your basket.
At the bottom of the page, you will see a button Add A Discount Code.
Please note that all discount codes are checked by our team when we receive the order from you.
How do I remove or change the discount code?
Navigate to the Checkout area and click on the Add a Discount Code button, delete the information from within there, and then press submit.
If you are trying to add a different discount code, you will now be able to.
How long does it take to pack up an order?
Depending on the size, and the timing of the order, we would expect it to take 24-48hrs to pack up an order (working days only).
I am having trouble placing my order online, where can I get help?
Please whatsapp or email our team, we will get back to you ASAP.
Can I change my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, the order cannot be changed. The order is confirmed when the payment for the shipping invoice has been made.

Can I use my own shipping arrangements?
Absolutely, please contact our customer service team who will advise our warehouse to pack and hold your shipment once payment is made. We will share weights and dimensions with you once packed, for you to organise the shipping. Vivida Lifestyle can provide commercial invoices where necessary.
Will you provide me an updated invoice after initial payment and once I've chosen my shipping method?
We will reach out to you with an updated invoice including the shipping cost once your order has been submitted (or paid for). Any paid order will require a separate invoice to cover these costs. Shipping using your preferred logistics partner is an option - please inform our team if this is your preferred shipping method.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, all orders placed for international shipping will be subject to duties and taxes upon arrival in your destination country. You should make yourself familiar with the charges in your country.
What are your international shipping methods, how much will they cost and how long do they take?
We ship internationally on a tracked service. Please submit your order and our customer service team will be in touch to confirm shipping amount and shipping lead time.
Please note that any local duties and taxes are the responsibility of you, the buyer. You will be contacted by the shipping company to settle these when the shipment reaches the customs clearance stage.
Will shipping my order be affected by any holidays?
Please note that our warehouse will be closed for UK public holidays and weekends. Please allow for additional processing time on orders placed during this time period.

What size should I order?
For Keep Warms, we recommend a size M for women and a size L for men, to allow enough room underneath for any outdoor changing/protecting the wardrobe items beneath. A size XL is available as well. Please check out our size guide for more information.
Do you offer product customisation?
